A Night to Remember with the Flyers & Holman
I was beyond grateful for the opportunity to be part of The Next Shift Program with the Philadelphia Flyers and Holman, a program dedicated to uplifting and empowering women in sports. 30 woman were chosen out off 400 applicants and while I wish we all could have attended, I was immensely grateful to have been chosen. This experience gave me an inside look at the business side of game day operations, and I was lucky enough to be paired with two incredible mentors, Adrienne Briones-Carlson and Katherine Johnson, some of the creative minds behind the Flyers’ retail department.
Following a panel of the leading ladies at the Comcast Spectator company, I got to go behind the scenes inside the Wells Fargo Center. Stepping behind the scenes of game day retail was fascinating—I got to see just how much effort goes into creating a seamless fan experience. What made it even more special was bonding with Katherine over our shared experience in the Disney College Program. It was such a cool full-circle moment to connect my past with my future in the sports world. Both Adrienne and Katherine’s creativity and dedication to their work were truly inspiring, and I walked away with valuable insights that I’ll carry with me as I continue growing in this industry.
And to top it all off, I got to bring my nephew and his friend to their very first Flyers game! Seeing the excitement on their faces made the night even more unforgettable.
A huge thank you to the Flyers and Holman for this amazing experience and for continuing to support women in sports. I can’t wait to apply everything I’ve learned as I move forward in my career!

Glow In the Dark Baseball?
This summer, I’ve been diving headfirst into the world of baseball as a merchandise/fan engagement intern with the Tri-City Chili Peppers, a collegiate summer team based in Virginia. From the moment I stepped onto the field, I knew this wasn’t going to be your average internship. The Chili Peppers bring a whole new energy to the game—equal parts baseball and cosmic chaos—and I’ve loved every second of capturing it.
Whether it’s fans in banana suits, players dancing in the dugout, or fireworks lighting up the night sky, there’s never a dull moment. I’ve had the chance to push my creativity. Being able to witness everything from action-packed plays to behind-the-scenes clubhouse moments. It’s been the perfect playground to grow as a sports photographer.
This team has welcomed me with open arms, and I’m constantly inspired by their passion—not just for the game, but for giving fans an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to see where the rest of the season takes me (and my camera)!

Graduation Day… at Lucy the Elephant?!
I officially graduated from Atlantic Cape Community College, and I couldn’t have asked for a more me kind of celebration—right in front of Lucy the Elephant in Margate, NJ! Yep, the iconic 65-foot-tall elephant by the beach. It was quirky, fun, and full of heart, just like my time at Atlantic Cape. If i ever need to describe what growing up down the shore is like- I’ll just show them these photos!
And yes… I wore a Saquon Barkley #26 jersey to walk across the “stage”.
When it came time to choose where to transfer, it was neck and neck between Alabama and Penn State. I told myself if the Eagles won the Super Bowl, I’d go with Penn State. Well… they did, and here we are! WE ARE!!
Graduating in front of Lucy while repping one of Penn State’s greats felt like the ultimate kickoff to my next chapter. I’m so proud of everything I’ve learned and accomplished at Atlantic Cape, and now I’m beyond excited to keep chasing this dream in sports media—with a whole new campus and even bigger goals ahead. From long nights editing photos to classes that challenged me creatively, every moment led to this wild, joyful day surrounded by friends, family, and a giant elephant.
Grateful for the professors who encouraged me, the classmates who inspired me, and the endless Alani Nu’s that fueled me. On to the next adventure!

Boots, Beats & Lombardi Trophies
This year, I had the incredible opportunity to work the 2025 Barefoot Country Music Fest in Wildwood, NJ—right on the beach I grew up near. I was stationed in the VIP Chalet Tower working security, and it was hands-down one of the most behind-the-scenes, high-energy gigs I’ve had yet.
From managing high-profile guests to keeping things running smoothly in the exclusive tower area, I got a real look at what it takes to maintain an elite experience for festival VIPs. The view? Insane. The access? Even cooler.
But my favorite moment? Seeing Eagles lineman Landon Dickerson—again! I’ve met him before, but it was so full-circle catching him here, just hanging out like the legend he is. Oh, and let’s not forget the two Lombardi Trophies on display. Seeing both of the Eagles’ Super Bowl wins up close like that? Literal chills.
Between the country music, the ocean breeze, and seeing some of my favorite artists up close, this weekend was something I’ll never forget.
